I was raised around the building and selling of homes, and have spent much time designing and creating beautiful homes, and now I get to do it all. I am that rare person who honestly enjoys her job. I go the extra mile to help you achieve your goals. That's why I constantly research the market and property values so your home is priced effectively from day one. I choose to be both a buyer's and seller agent because I don't want to limit my ability to serve any one client. My favorite houses to sell would naturally be new construction (I get to be hands-on in the design process--a bonus to my clients), but I see the potential in existing and older homes as well.
